The garden extends to 1.6 ha in this limestone area lying close to the River Shannon. The design is a series of small gardens all interlinked. There is a laburnum walk underplanted with Lavender, an area of soft fruit and flowers for picking and many varieties of shrub roses. In May and June the garden is full of flowering trees and shrubs, while other times of the year also holds interesting delights.

Location: 25 kms from Limerick city by the N69, turn for Pallaskenry and in the village , turn left for Ballysteen, the garden is on the right.

Open: May to September by appointment only.
